I absolutely loved my stay at Fairmont Jakarta! The hotel rooms were big, clean, and very new with comfy beds and pillows, a spacious bathroom, separate toilet, and complete amenities from Le Labo Rose 31. The location, connected to the Plaza Senayan shopping mall, made shopping and dining a breeze. The service was top-notch, with friendly, courteous staff always ensuring I had the best experience. In terms of dining, there was an outstanding array of choices from local to international dishes, perfect for a successful business day after a pleasant breakfast. The facilities were excellent, and the safety measures in place gave me peace of mind.
